Initial Visit: Phase I

  • Answer your questions and discuss your concerns about building or remodeling
  • Discuss Green Building, Energy Trust, Net Zero and Rebates
  • Recommend building systems, materials and products
  • Talk about your budget
  • Compile information from our initial visit

Preliminary Estimate: Phase II

“Proposed Preliminary Scope of Work” detailing your project as reviewed during our initial visit. Agree to move ahead with the project

Pre-Construction: Phase III

  • Identify scope
  • Design: Work with Designer/Architect and possibly interior designer
  • HOA or ARC: Administrate and gain approvals if required
  • Product Selection
  • Subcontractor Price Quotes  to very accurate detailed “Construction Budget”.
  • Review “Construction Budget”
  • Move out: If your project is a remodel we will help you decided whether to move out or how you may continue to live in your home with wall partitions that will keep certain areas dust free.

Contract Signing & Permit Process: Phase IV

  • Verify Funds
  • Contract Signing
  • Apply for permits
  • Develop Schedule
  • Permit issued
  • Order products & materials; schedule subcontractors
  • Construction begins

Construction: Phase V

  • Watch your vision become reality!!
  • Weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Architect and/or Project Manager
  • Review progress billing monthly
  • Final Cleaning
  • “Punch List” is developed of things to finish or correct

Close Out Phase VI

  • Building process is complete
  • Punch list is complete
  • Walk-through   Educational session
  • One year warrantee on our work – but call us any time about anything!!
  • Move In and Celebrate!!
